How often should I measure
Hey everyone, I’ve just completed my first week of the newbie routine (6 sessions so far) and thinking about measuring for the first time since starting out. I’m not sure if I should wait a full month before my first post-PE measurements (and hence a bigger chance for a gain) or measure after each week (to more accurately measure my progress).
I figure that if I measure more often I will get a better idea of what is working for me and can alter my routine accordingly.. But then again I won’t see as much change this way and may become a bit discouraged.
Anyway, I was just wondering how often everyone else measures and what works best for newbies. Thanks.
(BTW, Can’t wait for my first gains!! :D )
