Hey! I’m a newbie here. Got 4 inches lenght of my penis and about to wonder if I could make it longer by the jelqing technique I used to do when taking a bath.. I’m asking if how often to we need to do it because I have a busy lifestyle and just barely 2 times a week or one time a week I could do PE which was jelqing using a lube.any technique you could suggest?

The Newbie routine a minimum of of 3-4 days per week in the first few months.

I seriously doubt that 1 or 2 times week will do it. Consider whether you might be able to free up 20-39 minutes a day by doing stuff at the same time. Eating while watching the news, stuff like that. Depending on your level of privacy you might be able to PE while watching the news.

Why would you watch the news?

You need only 15 minutes/day to do 25-50 dry jelqs and 10 x 30” stretches. You also can do Kegels everywhere. Try 1 on - 1 off that way, and make us know how it’s going.

Guys,2 on 1 off,2 on 2 off makes any sense?

marinera is right — you don’t need to spend a ton of time on PE as a newbie. But you will need more than twice a week.

I started with 1 on, 2 off.

Additionally I did a much lighter routine than the “regular newbie”, so it was not a huge time commitment.

— 5 warm up
— 4 sets of 5 way stretches (30 secs each stretch)
— 90 jelqs
— some edging a full erection (good for you — gets fresh blood into the penis, also a good way to tell if you have overdone it)
— 5 minute warm down

Usually I split the routine in to two parts — morning stretches, afternoon jelqs. Which made it even easier to fit into my schedule.

A fair number of guys have luck with a “less is more” newbie routine — maybe it would work for you. Even today I don’t do more than 120-150 jelqs, and I beleive I am still growing.

Check out this thread — I saw it a few months after I had been doing PE. Wish I had seen it at the beginning. The first post explains the theory behind why a light routine works.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

LINEAR ROUTINE for newbies

- Do 5 minutes warm up before and after workout and massage your penis little after you have warmed it.

- Stretching: I don’t recommend doing any stretching within the first week or two.
When you begin stretching do one 30 second pull to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward).
Within the first 2 months add max. 1 stretch (up, down..) per week, but if you feel, that it is not
necessary to add number of stretches, then don’t.

- Jelqing: Start from 10- 20 jelqs. At the beginning add for example 10 jelqs about every 3 workout, but there is no need to go over 50- 60 jelqs within the 2 or 3 weeks.
Beyond 50- 60 jelqs add 10- 20 jelqs in a week if necessary. If you seem to gain with a lower amount, then don’t increase the amount until you feel it is necessary.
At the beginning when your workouts are short it is a good idea to do workouts in a shower. It offers brilliant warmup and cleaning possibilities.

- I recommend doing this workout every other day or 2 on 1 off and giving a extra resting day whenever you feel it necessary.
