It was serendipity. I take ambien to fall asleep when I am stressed. When I take ambien before sex, I have to seriously concentrate to orgasim. My wife told me not to take ambien before sex because she gets too sore. You better check with your significant other before you use ambien!

I’m also curious about ejaculation control with acupuncture. I’ve been going to acupuncture for the last 2 weeks for my back problems. I’ve been under the needles a total of 3 times (they usually tell you to come back in a couple days) and I haven’t experienced any change in my ejaculation control. Of course, if there is a premature-ejaculation specific option for acupuncture, it may be possible. But all they did for my back (with the needles) was place them in parts of my right foot, right calf, and right hand/fingers. My back did feel better after treatment and it is very relaxing (with the aid of the infrared light, the dark room, and the very calm music they play. You don’t even notice you have needles sticking out of your fingers.)

The only option at the clinic that seems like it could help ejaculation control is a ‘stress control’ option.. I don’t know what that is and/or what they would do in that type of treatment though.
