How long Before you graduate from using the newbie program

So I recently cam across this site hoping to have increase in both the girth and length of my penis. I’m planning out my routine and it cam to me that I haven’t seen any advice on how long should I take the newbie exercise??

You should follow the newbie routine for at least 3 months, longer if you are real consistent with your exercise program.

Your program has already been spelled out in the newbie routine and it is tested and is a good program to use. It is located at the top of the newbie forum page. Use it, and you will prevent injuries and will most likely see gains.
