How do I decrease refractory period time?

Hey all, I’m turning 30 soon and I’ve noticed the past year that I can’t go round 2 immediately anymore, and sometimes can’t go round two after 45 mins sometimes. I’ve read that it’s due to the rise in prolactin levels after ejaculation, so I’m seeing what you guys have tried/heard of that might work. I know Maca is known for helping with round two, but it makes me finish too soon (due to the increased blood flow to the penis during sex). I just read about Bee Pollen.. Has anyone tried that or know anything else to help? Have you found it to work to get you back to round 2 quicker? Thanks!

Do you do any edging? Edging helps you to control ejaculation. It also, if done consistently, can help you last longer and achieve multiple orgasms in one longer sex session. Pretty much worrying about refractory time a thing of the past. Just a suggestion.

I have found that if you kegel mid orgasm and prevent some of the ejaculat from escaping, the refractory period can be reduced.

I would not advocate using prescription drugs to reduce the refractory period. Several natural options were listed above. If you must use a drug, then research the side effects.

A couple of teaspoons of maca per day should help, (Lepidium meyenii). Also, L-Arginine, zinc, (pumpkin seeds), Vit. C, (orange juice), plenty of water, and maybe exercise three times a week.
