How do I decrease refractory period time?
Hey all, I’m turning 30 soon and I’ve noticed the past year that I can’t go round 2 immediately anymore, and sometimes can’t go round two after 45 mins sometimes. I’ve read that it’s due to the rise in prolactin levels after ejaculation, so I’m seeing what you guys have tried/heard of that might work. I know Maca is known for helping with round two, but it makes me finish too soon (due to the increased blood flow to the penis during sex). I just read about Bee Pollen.. Has anyone tried that or know anything else to help? Have you found it to work to get you back to round 2 quicker? Thanks!
