How dangerous is clamping?

The Wikipedia article about penis enlargement says that clamping is extremely dangerous and it can cause permanent catastrophic damage to the penis? Is this true? Is there any way to avoid these risks? This really scares me.


Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

Any PE exercise can cause permanent catastrophic damage to the penis if done improperly, excessively, and/or without caution. Read the guidelines here from the experienced PEers and you’ll be fine.

I pretty much clamp once a week, 3 x 10 minutes. Is that risky? I really don’t want to damage anything.

Start off slowly and work your way up.

Petty soon you will be sore, bruised and puffy like the rest of us chasing after a bigger dick, but stick with it, you will eventually get results.

Your dick is like a woman, do all that you believe is right and correct and you will get nothing, then all of a sudden one day you will have grown a 1/4” and you will be walking on water!

That”s been my experience anyway, and I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I know that gains are to be had by clamping that I am not questioning, I’m just terrified that I might destroy my penis

For whatever reason, my penis likes and handles a high number of reps of most exercises but clamping absolutely kills me.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

I’ve only been clamping seriously for a couple months but..

The most result I’ve had is better EQ with only minor girth gains but I really enjoy clamping. Simple rules keep it safe(r), use a timer, pay attention to PI’s, never clamp while tired as falling asleep while clamped can end your PE career pretty quick. I almost always clamp in the morning or afternoon.

I thoroughly love the feeling of being clamped and I’ll continue. I’ve had no negative PI’s. If you are concerned at all just stick to manual clamping until you get used to all the sensations and stresses on your unit.

It is true. But weight lifting is bad for you as well. If you are an idiot and do it wrong. Where clamping may well be more dangerous than other forms of PE is in being a passive method that can go from :) to :( in short order. You can greatly reduce potential risks by not doing it wrong.

Edumacate your self on how to do it properly. Read up both on how to do it right and on the misadventures of other guys that thought that they were doing it right. Have a bunch of months under your belt with the n00b routine. Don’t do clamping unless you have good self monitoring skills.
