How big measured size after workout

I need a little tip to know if the routine is good or something is not cool.

After routine session, the dick became flaccid. This girth flaccid size is same as erect girth size when is not workout. It’s enough or had to be bigger than erect in normal state? I wanna know what is normal for majority not ‘what work for you’. Thanks a lot :)

Bicious, some guys don’t even get that after workout plump flaccid, but it doesn’t mean that the exercise wasn’t effective.

But if your penis girth while flaccid after a workout is around your pre-workout erect girth, I would say it is a good sign. But if tomorrow your dick, while flaccid feels sort of hard, you are overtraining.

What it is mean “sort of hard” ? “Tomorrow” flaccid girth is not shrink, but it feel hard at touching. This you mean is overtraing? Please answer :)

Yes you are overtraining. You are using too much intensity - gripping too hard when jelqing and/or pulling too hard when stretching. Take a week off and start at lower intensity.

I grip when I’m jelqing and pull when I’m stretching at a very high level, so high, the muscles in my forearms and hands feel like they are getting a workout. Yet I always seem to hang nice and measure impressively post workout, and I still hang nice even after I masturbate (I do that often after a workout). You clearly have more experience in PEing than I do, but from reading Bicious’ post, it seems english may be a second language, I think perhaps you may have misinterpreted what he was attempting to tell us.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

If this happens to you also, HardbodyPEer, chanches are you are overtraining. A newbie should never pull at full force when stretching or grip very thight when jelqing, it’s counterproductive at the bes. Of course, this stands for most, not necessarily for all PEers.

Again .. It is say in some threads something like this: “after workout session it measure 0.25” bigger that normal”. This mean flaccid or erect? Please, I want that information. Thanks a lot

I’ll add my 2 cents, post workout I seem to be about 0.25” bigger erect length, I don’t bother measuring flaccid because my results when measuring flaccid are all over the board because there’s different levels of being flaccid and I can measure anywhere from 4” to 5.5” flaccid, so for me it’s just highly inconsistent way to measure, seems to work well for some people though. My dick does seem to hang fuller though, in other words it feels heavier but that’s all I can tell you for sure as I really don’t measure flaccid.

Chicken already answered to your question, Bicious : if post workout flaccid girth is bigger than normal flaccid girth, that’s good; if this doesn’t happens, that’s not necessary bad.

I understand it that is different for every PEer, just want it to hear from who is bigger after workout what size they refer. Thanks alot for the answers :)

Yea, I’ll have to agree that some PE er’s don’t get a little bigger after a workout. It really doesn’t mean anything as I have seen some minor gains already and I just started PE ‘ing seriously.

OK, here is my info. I just started PE’ing like a week ago, mainly Newbie Routine. My Pre Workout are also my starting stats, I don’t think I have seen any changes with the few workouts I have done :) .

Pre Workout:

NBPEL: 7.0” (EQ 8) - 7.5” (EQ 10)
Mid Girth: 5.3” - 5.35” depending on EQ
Base Girth: 5.7” - 6.0” depending on EQ
Mid Girth Diameter (ruler on top): 1.75”
Mid Girth Diameter (ruler on bottom): ~1.8”
Flacid Length: 4.5” - 5” (depends on temp, etc.)
Flaccid Girth: ~ 4.5”

During Workout:

NBPEL: 7.5” - 7.7” (depending on EQ)
Mid Girth: 5.6”
Base Girth: 6.0”
Mid Girth diameter (ruler on top): 1.8”
Mid Girth Diameter (ruler on bottom): 1.85”

Post Workout (next few hours, etc.):

NBPEL: ~7.5”
Mid Girth: 5.4” depending on EQ
Base Girth: 5.7” - 6.0” depending on EQ
Mid Girth Diameter (ruler on top): ~ 1.75”
Mid Girth Diameter (ruler on bottom): ~ 1.8”
Flaccid Length: 4.5” - 5” (depends on temp, etc.)
Flaccid Girth: ~5”
