Currently, I have a steady workout routine that I have been doing for a few months now (full body 3 days a week/stretching(yoga) 4 days a week/ cardio every day) and I am a very healthy eater so dedication and routine comes second nature to me. All through this I’ve thought “hey, wouldn’t it be great if you could work your dick and make it bigger?” A google search for the fuck of it led me here.. And I’m pleasantly surprised.

Ok so I’ve been trying to absorb as much of the information that is available on these boards and I’ve come up with a “plan” of sorts. I plan to work around my current work out routine, not replace it.

Basically since I’m a complete noob to PE (this is my first time even lubricating my unit, omgosh), I’ve decided to take it slow and start with the linear routine w/ kegels and build up the jelqs for a couple months. Then perhaps I’ll settle into the advanced linear for the next couple months. The months following, depending on how ready my dick feels, I think I’ll begin mem’s hard gaining routine (Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism).
I’ll be cycling/edging on my rest days.

I am currently starting at 6.0 NBPEL and 4.75 EG which is slightly under average I suppose. My goal is somewhere around 7.5/5.75.

So, here’s a couple of questions for you kind folk.

I started 2 days ago with my wet jelqs and here is a play by play of what the experience was like.. I want to know if I’m on the right track.
Basically, 60-80% erect and I started at the base with standard OK with a firm grip and as my first hand reached the glans I took my second hand and gave my skin a little tug back and then followed it through. I could see a little pocket of blood moving in between my first and second hands with each jelq and after I was done my head was reddish pink and almost twice as big as it usually is. I have little red spots on the right side of my penis right now but I’ve heard this is normal so I’m not worrying about it.

I am currently on break, but I will be heading up to college in a couple weeks. Do you guys have any strategies for doing PE inconspicuously if I have a roommate and communal bathrooms?

And is my plan that I have outlined up there reasonable?

Also, you may want to incorporate some stretches in your routine.

Alright, I checked out the stealth P.E. Stuff and it looks like I’m pretty set on how I’m going to manage next semester. I’ll just have to be a little more open about my “masturbation” sessions I guess.

I’ll post an update in a couple of weeks, but my flaccid is already hanging about an inch lower, huzzah!
And about the stretches, in the linear routine it says to incorporate the stretches about a week in.. Should I start right away?

Also, should I ejasmulate at the end of my edging sessions or wait until a later time that day/week?

Hello LDWes, just wanted to add that you should not leave ejaculation to long to often after edging as it can sometimes cause a urine infection.

As for your stealth practice, another suggestion for you is (as I was in the exact same situation in college dorms) is find an uninhabited bathroom later in the evening, away from most other rooms or in a separate building. Use that area to perform your routine. If you’re quiet, even if someone wanders in, you’ll be fine.

I agree in that it isn’t scientific but the person that put the website together definitely knows a lot about edging.

I did also get cystitis after edging and doing very hard kegals to stop myself ejaculating (every night), I was doing it a couple of times and some times I wouldn’t bother ejaculating, I then ended up getting cystitis every time I ejaculated and my semen was coming out very slow.

It seems that stopping ejaculation caused (or concurred to) the cystitis.
