Currently, I have a steady workout routine that I have been doing for a few months now (full body 3 days a week/stretching(yoga) 4 days a week/ cardio every day) and I am a very healthy eater so dedication and routine comes second nature to me. All through this I’ve thought “hey, wouldn’t it be great if you could work your dick and make it bigger?” A google search for the fuck of it led me here.. And I’m pleasantly surprised.
Ok so I’ve been trying to absorb as much of the information that is available on these boards and I’ve come up with a “plan” of sorts. I plan to work around my current work out routine, not replace it.
Basically since I’m a complete noob to PE (this is my first time even lubricating my unit, omgosh), I’ve decided to take it slow and start with the linear routine w/ kegels and build up the jelqs for a couple months. Then perhaps I’ll settle into the advanced linear for the next couple months. The months following, depending on how ready my dick feels, I think I’ll begin mem’s hard gaining routine (Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism).
I’ll be cycling/edging on my rest days.
I am currently starting at 6.0 NBPEL and 4.75 EG which is slightly under average I suppose. My goal is somewhere around 7.5/5.75.
So, here’s a couple of questions for you kind folk.
I started 2 days ago with my wet jelqs and here is a play by play of what the experience was like.. I want to know if I’m on the right track.
Basically, 60-80% erect and I started at the base with standard OK with a firm grip and as my first hand reached the glans I took my second hand and gave my skin a little tug back and then followed it through. I could see a little pocket of blood moving in between my first and second hands with each jelq and after I was done my head was reddish pink and almost twice as big as it usually is. I have little red spots on the right side of my penis right now but I’ve heard this is normal so I’m not worrying about it.
I am currently on break, but I will be heading up to college in a couple weeks. Do you guys have any strategies for doing PE inconspicuously if I have a roommate and communal bathrooms?
And is my plan that I have outlined up there reasonable?
