Hola. I have been doing PE for under a year off and on and I don’t know if I have ever gained or not. I have always improperly measured etc etc. Right now my dick is 18.5 cm bpel ~ 7.2 inches bpel. I have been doing 300 wet jelqs after I do some stretches. I recently added an IR lamp into my routine aswell. I need help on what to do, shoulda I take an extended break and start fresh with a newbie routine or keep going? It seems like I havent been gaining in awhile.. BTW: When I measure I usually masterbate while sitting on my computer chair then when I get hard enough I push my penis straight forward so it’s at a 90 degree angle. At this point my penis head swells and I measure, but then a few seconds later my penis head shrinks and it seems like it’s ‘flacid’ while the rest of my dick is hard. Does this mean I got to do more kegels? I want to get an accurate measurement but if my dick head keeps shrinking a little I can’t.

If you want to gain length you’ll have to do more than some stretches. The newbie routine suggest to start with 10 30 secs stretches. Downward stretches target your ligs and the higher angles will target your tunica. gains from the ligs usually come faster although not everyone can gain as much from them. Always start light and gradually you can increase the intensity and duration of the time spend stretching.

Even after gaining length and girth and having strengthened my BC muscle (the ones you use for kegels), I have the same thing happening when measuring. Measuring may improve for you by practising kegels, but it’s no guarantee. Rulers have the tendency to make erect dicks turn flaccid :( I wonder if sticking a picture of a nude girl on it would make it easier…

Hi piet. First off thanks for replying to my post, I have roamed around here for awhile and I know your a PE master.

Some things I just found out. I have a high lot. It’s like 11-10:30 ish. It’s odd because it should have went down by now.. I have been doing stretches downward since I can remember. Right now I want to gain as much length as possible then switch to girth. What do you suggest other than stretching and what specific types of stretches? Do you think I’m going to be ready to hang soon? I also just bought an account with Penis advantage and I’m going to be going through their routine starting with the noobie and working up to the advanced. Thanks in advance.

A high LOT doesn’t necessarily mean you have a high lig potential. If you try modestoman’s LOT-simulator you can see there are multiple factors in play which can lead to a high LOT like you have.

There are several types of stretches for the ligs and for the septum/tunica with the 2 handed stretches being more intense. However before you try them you should have done a decent stretching routine first for 1-2 months. When manual stretches doesn’t seem to have any effect at all you can try an ADS and or a hanger.

Anyway I guess I’m gonna be doing a lot of tunica stretching. How is my penis size thus far? Is it considered kinda large? Average? =/

I think you are larger than many. That’s definitely a great girth number.

Yeah I did a 3-4 minute clamp session after I did 150 wet jelqs tonight. I want my girth to skyrocket. If I clamp will it hinder my length gains? I remember reading somewhere that if I clamp I won’t gain any length. Is this true? =[ I want to gain length a lot more than girth at the moment.

I’m not really a newbie.. I have been doing it off and on for about a year. I’m just starting out again as a newb so I can catch onto everything that I may have missed. Clamping still a bad idea? =[ I will stop if the vets think it’s wise not to start it yet.

So IF I do clamp will it stop my length gains? I remember BigGirtha saying somewhere that clamping stops all erect length gains. I don’t know if this is true.. Any ideas?
