Kegeling is good for longterm erections. You have to Kegel all the time to keep up with your stamina, and how hard your actual erections are going to be.

Right theirs kegal exercises though too. For example holding a long time. Slowly building it up and slowly letting it go. Should I do search for some on here lol. I just wanted anyones advice. But great I’ll kegal cause I want good EQ. Thanks man

You guys I don’t like the counter clockwise and clockwise rotating stretch. I feel that could be bad. Let me know what you think.
I’m going to start in a couple days with the following. All I want is EQ and length gains. Please give opinions thank you all.
5 min warm up cloth
5 minute
Stretching
5min warm down
Then 50 5 sec kegels.

After a month I will add more if all is good. Also increase kegel time.

Depending on the study you are either just under average length or dead on. Your girth is >1/2” over average. Good luck!

Yeah that’s what I looked at. I don’t want to do jelqs yet at least. All I’m looking for is length and EQ. So I’m going to do the stretches and kegels. I just don’t like the rotational stretch. It seems damaging. Thanks

I have no solid evidence to back it up, but I believe the most of my improved EQ has come from the jelqs. Might I suggest you keep them in your routine, maybe keep the exercises light for a couple of weeks and see how you like it.

Just my 2 cents. But then again, I love jelqs so I am a bit biased.

Well people say jelqs for girth, stretch for length, and kegel for EQ.
I don’t like jelqs actually. And I don’t have lube, or want to buy it. And I don’t want to do dry jelq. I’ll just have to try my routine out and see if it works I guess.

It is just my opinion, but I believe dry jelqs can give you a turkey neck. I preferred jelqing when bathing.
