Whats up bros!

Been doing PE now, fairly consistently, for about 9 months.

I’m not 100% about where I started because I couldn’t find a good way to measure until recently.

I think I’ve gained about 1/2 an inch in length and a little over 1/4 an inch in girth.

My erection quality is definitely better, and my cock simply looks a lot better.

My current routine is as such:

20 min warmup
16 manual stretches (apx 25-30 minutes)
100 Reg Jelqs 2-3 seconds
300 Jelq squeezes

I try and do this two days on, one day off.

As of late I’ve been missing days because I’ve been feeling a little shitty the last few weeks, getting over some kind of a bug// but I’ve been fairly consistant, I’m proud of that!

My goals are pretty specific.

I want to be at least 8 x 6.. This shouldn’t be too tough as long as I stay consistent.

I am very adamant about having a generally more even thickness.. ESPECIALLY a larger head. My penis is doing a kind of reverse baseball bat right now, I’ve heard jelq will help with this.

I’ve also done some manual clamps after my workout, about 3-4 for 30-45 seconds each.

To break my questions down into something a bit more clear:

1.) To get myself to the 8X6 goal, with a fairly consistent thickness.. And a monster head.. How does this routine look after about 9 months? I’ve kept it pretty “newbie-ish” but I haven’t seen any big gains as of late.

2.) Should I add anything to this routine?

3.) Are the manual clamps a bad idea while I’m trying to gain length?

4.) Is it time to hang or use an ads or way too soon? I’d prefer to reach my gains with manual exercises but if I can’t I will do whatever it takes.

I myself would add another hundred jelqs and see how that goes. Everyone is a bit different, but everyone can learn to self-regulate. If your P.I.s are good I’d definitely add something, as you seem to have plateaued with your current regimen. Maybe another hundred jelqs. If you don’t get negative P.I.s, add another hundred after a few weeks. Or try adding something else, like bends. Throw something new in, but don’t overdo it.

honestly, your routine looks aggressive to me, but it you have been at it for 9 months and been consistent, then it might be too light. If I were in your place, I would simply change it up. Maybe do two sessions a day and do about 70% of what your current routine is during each session.

Your warmup seems too long to me. You don’t need 20 minutes of warmup unless you are talking about getting your penis ready in general and not just heating it. Throw a rice sock on there for two minutes and get to the stretching.

Also, since you are WAY above average already, your penis might not be as ready for a size increase. I’m not basing this on anything other than a guess but maybe go back and read some early post from some of the big members here to see what they did when starting out at a larger size.

I know you said you wanted to stick with manual exercises, but since you’re going for length, you might give hanging a try.

I just started- on my 2nd week - but I can already see a difference!

The bottom line is just do what you feel like your body will be receptive to- it’s up to you. I was really skeptical about hanging to begin with, but now I’m a believer that if you want more length, it’s the only way to go!

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I haven’t been on here in a few days.

As to what I use- I got a dog muzzle off of ebay that I use for a hanger. I just wrap my unit, put the dog muzzle around my unit, put a couple of clamps on and start hanging! It sound really simple, but definitely do some research to see what will work for you!

As for my routine;

5 min hot towel
20 min hang (applying heat the whole time)
5 min hot towel
5 min jelq
20 min hang (again with heat)
5 min hot towel
5 min jelq

Maybe you should break your routine into more specific periods: say three months length, three months girth. Also, for length many small mini-sessions daily could be a good idea, give a look to Bennett8’ routine for example:

You should start hanging if you want to grow big. You have far better than average size and after 9 months of stretching routines you should be able to start with 6 or 7lbs, but use your personal comfort as the gauge. I never used heat and got big in spite of the current craze, but hang for 12-15min intervals for 3 sets four times a week. You can hang straight down for the next few months and see what kind of results you achieve, you should be at eight after this duration. You might want to employ some uli’s four or five times a week, this will help with glans improvement and girth.

While hanging is one approach, there are others.

You have been doing manual till now. 9 months is not that long. You could continue to just do manual if that works better for you.

Manual suggestions to your routine:

1. As stated try adding more jelqs.
2. Try some variations on your stretches and consider adding some more
3. As onenekkidguy stated, try switching up the schedule of your routine. Do some good piss-pulls during the day for example.
4. Just don’t over-fatigue your unit.

I reached the point where I felt the need to change from just the stretching and jelquing ( I had gained an inch in length and a little in girth). I added in an ADS and clamping. I did a little hanging and loved the feel of it. There are few things like the feel of a well stretched unit, but hanging doesn’t work well with stealth PE. Clamping and an ADS can be done stealth along with the stretching and jelqs, and you can get that well stretched feeling from stretches combined with an ADS.

Listen to your unit and don’t over do it. Also, while many of us continue to add more and more to our PE routines, there is also evidence that going easy but consistent is very effective.
