Help with Jelq

This stemmed from another thread I posted about my feeling weird my first time PEing and not being sure if I was doing it right. I have trouble with the jelq bcuz often when I do it after a few strokes, I begin to capture too much skin from the base and it throws me off.

So my question today is, What are some good techniques for perfecting the jelq and how do you know if you are doing it right?

Feel free to contribute any advice, ideas or experiences.

I had the same problem and don´t worry in a few days you get the hang of it, just try different ways yourself.
Like when you have one hand going up put the other hand on the base to not letting go the skin.

You could also use a ring. I don’t do it, but it might help.

You need to move blood’ so if you see blood flowing down in your dick after you ended one stroke then you are doing something good i think. The skin thing is probably because you are too flacid maybe?

You;re probly right.I was flaccid. I’m not sure how exactly how to maintain a medium erection.

Are you dry jelqing? If so why not try wet jelqing with lube then you will struggle to grip the skin even if you try. I always wet jelq now, I find it much more effective. When you finish the stroke with one hand you start with the next at the base, you will be able to feel blood being pushed towards the head, just don’t go to rough. Good luck.

When you do it are you flaccid or hard? Bcuz when I jelq I am flaccid and use lube. But I don’t use too much because I don’t want it to slip out my hand.

You mention it slipping out of your hand, are you making a full OK grip? I don’t understand how it would slip out. You should be somewhere between flaccid and hard when you jelq, but absolutely not full erection. When I jelq, I use moisturizer and lot of it. When I grip the base, I push in to grab as close to my pelvic bone as possible, to grab the part of your penis inside the fatpad, and pull out from there.

I use the “C” grip right now. And I exclusively dry jelq. It seems to be working fine, and targets the CC’s almost exclusively.

But, I still am trying to keep away from the CS/Urethra. I think my CS just might be a little sensitive at my age. I’m still looking to figure out how NOT to impact the CS during my jelqs.

So, I guess it’s different for each individual. Have you tried the “C” grip as shown in the instructional video?
