How do you know when your applying enough strenght on the newbie stretch. Should it hurt or sting etc.

I’m curious about that too. When I look at the video’s here I see he is using many pressure on it seems.

Also as I am un-cut I don’t know if I’m stretching the penis or the skin. Any other un-cut guys got advice.

Retract the foreskin when you grip. Also I use toilet paper to have a better grip.

The strength of the strech should be that you feel the strech within, but it should never really hurt.

When you start the feeling is a bit uncomfortable, but avoid pain at all cost.

Thanks I know it says I joined in 2005 but I decided to wait till I was eighteen till I tried this stuff (get all the natural growth that I can) so I’m only finding the practical problems now.

Just make sure you are moving the blood around the penis or from base to glans when jelqing. Don’t just move the skin on your penis.

Thanks for the response Okish6er. I have just begun the Newbie Routine and was unsure of this myself. I have downloaded the video but it is something that is good to be described in words as well I believe. Any other veteran members have suggestions/comments on the topic?

Yes, and the slower you move that blood up the faster you grow! My opinion,does anyone else agree?

Thanks for this tip kingpole! I had not come across it as of yet and focused on it for my last workout (just 45 minutes ago :P). Any other tips people would like to add for the jelqing? This pretty much sums me up as well. 3 days, not very much redness, but actually when I look in the shower and compare it to my shampoo bottle (don’t laugh) it looks a tad bit longer flaccid, probably because of the stretching (I should measure my flaccid length and girth). I pretty much follow the newbie workout. So I guess my question is the same.

Nice to hear I’m not alone in this stage. Don’t worry I didn’t laugh about the shampoo bit, I myself am thinking my flaccid is now bigger but I have a feeling it’s all in my mind. I don’t want to measure again for fear of discouragement, so I am planning on waiting at least a week whereby I will take regular measurements every week or bi-weekly (I will take them bi-weekly If I find I am gaining slowly *knock on wood*). Thunder, I have already checked out that first link quite a bit, I was unable to get the second one to successfully open but thanks anyways for your help.
