Help with ADSBalls riding high

Two issues..

My silicone ADS is causing me to blister pretty bad from the suction.. I’d like to be wearing it after hanging. What else do you recommend I wear/do?

My nuts ride high, the skin that is, on my penis. I think it got worse from jelqing and growth there. Anyone have any similar experience with the testicles too close to the shaft? What did you do to stretch them?
