Ok, so I finished my first PE session ever about 2 and a half hours ago and everything seemed pretty normal. About an hour ago I had noticed my penis was still the same size. After reading how other people said they had a plump penis after their PE sessions I thought it was unusual but ignored it. I also felt a little soreness but I also thought that was normal, after all I had just been squeezing my penis. Now I’m sitting here with a penis that’s cold, sore, and a little pale what’s wrong? And what should I do about it? Please help I’m worried.

Sounds like maybe you over did a little bit as in to much pressure, to high of an erection . You didn’t say how long your session lasted, what you did during that session and if you had any problems during the session. More information is required to make a good determination as to what you have done. Each person is going to react slightly different. PE is not the same for every single guy that does it, are you following the newbie routine? Which by the way is a guideline for what you should be doing, tailor it to yourself.

If the cold, pale penis doesn’t improve in say an hour, I would come up with a unique thought as to what happened and go see a doc. Cold, sore (numb?) pale penises are not a good thing. That and I would give yourself a day or two break before you touch things again. Read some of the posts in the button called favorites in my signature, especially the one of Negative and Positive PI’s, go back over the newbie routine. Remember this, you have but one penis, don’t try and rush things, this takes time and lots of it.

I followed the newbie routine except instead of 150 somewhat odd jelqs it says to do I just did 25 minutes of jelqs but throughout I got a couple hard-ons and stopped so I’d say about 15-20 minutes full on jelqing. I was in a warm environment, did the warm ups and used lotion for lube. I think I did jelq a bit hard though and went to the very tip. I’m stimulating my penis so that blood is circulating and I seem to be able to get a hard-on it’s just sore and cold, the paleness is gone.

Man you have got to do more research before you go tugging on your dick. 25 minutes! Beginners should be doing 10 at most. And you are absolutely not supposed to go to the tip, you are supposed to stop under the glans.

I would put some heat on it if I were you. Did you warm up at all with a hot towel or microwave pack?

Go read the newbie stuff and look at the videos before your next session. Read as much as you can.

I have been doing this for 5 years and still no way in hell would I jelq for 20-30 minutes. lol Keep your cock warm to help it heal maybe sit in a hot bath. When you resume be careful with the jelqs you definitely jumped into this too fast.
