Help on changing my routine to focus on length.

After 12 weeks of the same PE routine I only gained girth..
My routine was:
5 min warm up
5 min stretches
15 min 80% erection dry jelq
10 min 80-50% erection wet jelqs+squeezes
5 min warm down.
2 days on 1 day off..

Any suggestions on how to change my routine to effect my length but also to maintain my girth?

(I don’t want to use clamping,hanging or anything like that.)

I’m surprised you never increased your stretch time. In the newbie routine it says increase to 10 minutes by the end of the six weeks. Fowfers could be good too.


Start 3/1/08 BPEL: 6" EG: 4.25"

Goal: BPEL:7" EG: 5"

Do more stretching and jelq at 40-50% erect, this will help more. You could also try an ADS.

Confirming — add some more stretching. For static stretching I hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

Also confirming — lower erection level jelqs = length

Stretch longer and completely cut out the 80% erect dry jelqs. This is what is doing the girth gains which is great. But you said you need to focus on length. Keep your dry jelqs to under 70% erect. This will help the length come up.

More stretches and jelq at lower erection (40-50%) at a downward angle.

I followed the newbie routine for three months starting with 1 set for thirty seconds of BTC, SO, OTS, Left, and Right stretches. I increased my sets by one every two weeks to where the end of the three months I was doing 6 sets (thirty seconds each) in rotation of the same stretches. I benefited from gaining .5 inches towards my BPEL. You have to stay consistent though, once your body notices that you stopped your exercises it will retract slightly then you have to kind of start over again. I took about a week off because of being too busy and I totally regret it. If you plan to do these exercises it helps to stay on top of it.

For what it is worth, I had the opposite experience during my admittedly still a newbie PE career.

— I found that I seemed to do my growing on the days off between workouts.
— when I took a week off I lost nothing.

I guess I am just saying, stick to your routine. You should totally have off days but I see no point in stretching two times a week one week then five times another week then one time another week and so on. If you find a routine that works and includes off days, stick with it.
