I need a LENGTH routine..

I need a LENGTH routine..

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a while now and went from a NBPEL of 6” to a NBPEL of 6.5”. My girth went from 5” to around 5.1”-5.25”. I’m happy with my girth as the way it is, and always was happy with it, but my length gets to me. I’d like to be a solid 7” by christmas if that’s possible, and bigger than 8” by next christmas.

But back to my girth, I’m happy with it and will be probably until I hit 7”, so right now I just want a length routine.. I’d be very thankful if someone could give me a great one or point me in the direction of one.

EDIT: Forgot to add.. I only wanna do manual exercises, no hanging or anything like that.

It’s usually best to stick with what’s working until you get stuck. After initial gains though, it is common for results to slow.

I know this but, the main issues is time.. I don’t have time to do 500 jelqs anymore. Also it’s much easier because I have to stay hiddin to do jelqs but with stretches I can do them in a room right next to my parents and easily hide it if they walk in. Also I don’t really want any girth, just length right now. The stretches I have right now is:

10 Min Stretch (30 seconds each in each direction)
5 Min BTC Stretch

What’s some more great length stretches? Also how long do I do the stretch you specify?

Go to Thunders Video Series and pick from several V stretches or the A stretch. Try them and select the ones that feel best to you. Usually, holding a stretch for at least 30 seconds is a good target.

How’s this:

5 Min Warm Up With 50 Kegels
10 Min Stretch (All Directions For 30 Seconds Each)
5 Min BTC Stretch
5 Min A-Stretch
6 Min V-Stretch (Different Spots For 30 Seconds Each)
50 Kegels

The kegels are just for extra blood flow and vascularity.

I would say, just add some JAI exercises, and that is a good newbie routine, to increase length.

Maybe later, with more days, you could give a try on hanging.
