I have made no gains. I don’t want to give up though. Not until I reach at least my first goal.

How do I know if I am overtraining or undertraining?

I don’t have a better hang for a long time after my session and I don’t know why. Is it because I am underworking and it doesn’t have any effect? Or is it because I am overworking my unit and it kind of turtles a bit after the larger hang?

Are there any known positive PI’s that are general ?

Is turtling or getting back fast to the regular hang after a session a sign that I am not doing something wrong?

I’m currently on a 1 month decon.

Clemski suggested me to stretch slowly, the time my non-stretched unit gets fully stretched should be about 3 seconds. I didn’t do this. Do you think this might be the problem? I might have trained incorrectly.

BTW, my routine… 5 mins stretching all dirrections + 150-200 jelqs at various levels (I don’t really get expansion that lasts during jelqing, the region right in front of my grip gets a bit thicker but that’s the only effect I see)

I warm up and warm down in the shower with warm water. My whole routine is in the shower.

If you think you can help, please do it. Any advice is appreciated.

If you have overtrained you will probably lose Erection Quality (EQ) and will experience turtling.

You are wise to have a decon, but when you restart, instead of jelqing at various levels, try a moderate level and keep it easy for a while.

Also for stretches, go to the Newbie Routine Look for the Penis enlargement manual , look down the list to JAI stretch , where you will find the authour had a similar problem to you. so Give his method a try.

Stay with the Newbie Routine for a month with the JAI stretches and see how that affects you.

YOur problem is probably just a symptom of ovetraining your penis.

If you have a lack of erections and/or morning wood OR if you turtle after your session (or both), then it’s a good sign that you are doing too much.

Just take it easy - if you stretch too hard you’ll probably turtle and if you jelq too much you’ll lose your morning wood. Just find a happy medium where your EQ and expansion is actually increasing and you’ll be set to see some gains.

What kind of expansion should I notice when jelqing? (btw, I wet jelq)

Do you recommend a light start?… let’s say 50 jelqs and increase it systematically?

I don’t really understand the concept of expansion. I get a good hang after workout for a couple of minutes, but that’s all.
