Help needed. More or less?
I have made no gains. I don’t want to give up though. Not until I reach at least my first goal.
How do I know if I am overtraining or undertraining?
I don’t have a better hang for a long time after my session and I don’t know why. Is it because I am underworking and it doesn’t have any effect? Or is it because I am overworking my unit and it kind of turtles a bit after the larger hang?
Are there any known positive PI’s that are general ?
Is turtling or getting back fast to the regular hang after a session a sign that I am not doing something wrong?
I’m currently on a 1 month decon.
Clemski suggested me to stretch slowly, the time my non-stretched unit gets fully stretched should be about 3 seconds. I didn’t do this. Do you think this might be the problem? I might have trained incorrectly.
BTW, my routine… 5 mins stretching all dirrections + 150-200 jelqs at various levels (I don’t really get expansion that lasts during jelqing, the region right in front of my grip gets a bit thicker but that’s the only effect I see)
I warm up and warm down in the shower with warm water. My whole routine is in the shower.
If you think you can help, please do it. Any advice is appreciated.
