Help! Here is my regime...
Hi, please help me improve my routine! Thanks!
I would spend 10 minutes warm up with at hot pad, then stretch for 30 minutes. The stretches are composed of V, A, and all direction manual stretches. A 10 minutes warm down after. (I only do this when I have time. Usually 3 - 5 days a week)
Later that day, I would do 10 minutes warm up, 10 minutes stretches, then roughly 15 - 20 minutes of low erection jelqs with “L” stretches. This is based on the “new Jelq city” routine. I then would finish off with 10 minutes of warm down. I would also do some manual stretches while i am microwaving the hot pad. I would do this 5 days on, and 2 days off.
I am currently focused on length, and would like to add some more different exercise into my routine, so that my tool would not know what to expect.
