Hi, please help me improve my routine! Thanks!

I would spend 10 minutes warm up with at hot pad, then stretch for 30 minutes. The stretches are composed of V, A, and all direction manual stretches. A 10 minutes warm down after. (I only do this when I have time. Usually 3 - 5 days a week)

Later that day, I would do 10 minutes warm up, 10 minutes stretches, then roughly 15 - 20 minutes of low erection jelqs with “L” stretches. This is based on the “new Jelq city” routine. I then would finish off with 10 minutes of warm down. I would also do some manual stretches while i am microwaving the hot pad. I would do this 5 days on, and 2 days off.

I am currently focused on length, and would like to add some more different exercise into my routine, so that my tool would not know what to expect.

Are you a newb? If you are, that is way too much to be doing. Keep the warm up, downs and jelqs where they are but start off with 10-15 minutes of stretching and work from there. Doing 40 minutes of stretching a day is not only boring but it is putting quantity over quality.

If you’re after length, you may consider hanging as an option. Also, you can try some sort of ADS.

Your routine is good for length gain as well. But, like aom91 said, it’s too much if you’re a newbie.

Oh on, I am not a newbie..I’ve been PEing for about a year now…but not much gains ever since the newbie gain.

I have been trying to mainly focus on manual routines and avoid pumping, hanging, and clamping…I guess maybe it is time for me to give it a try.

Yesterday, I added an extra 20 minutes of stretching after jelqing and it seems like my EQ descreased a bit. So I guess I should ease it up for the next day of too..and maybe think bout the captnwench and such..(although I really would prefer to stick to the basic PEing techniques)

Assuming that was your routine from the start, maybe you should change stuff up? Higher erection jelqs than what you are doing now (60-80), addition of stretch variants such as the A, V or jai stretches. Play around with different things until you find something that works. If no manual exercises can force gains then look into mechanical PE.

I have just recently switched to low level jelq, I think i started at the beginning of November or late October. I was jelqing at full erection for the longest time. I wonder if that will hinder my future gains. I shall look into mechanical PE. Thanks
