I know that questions can get very repetive around here, but i just have one more annoying one. I have been reading through checking out some of your routines, but nowhere does it state exactly what type of work you should do. Everyone has different variations, some guys seem to be gaining with less volume, where others are spending hours a day. Please share some of your length specific, girth specific, or all around routines. The only reason i ask questions like this, is because as a newbie i would like to get it right the first time, giving credit to those who did all of the hard work experimenting of course.

For me, I think it is the extended time, while cockercising, that provides the most benefit. My main exercise right now is semi-erect to erect jelqing that I do for 30 to 40 minutes per session followed by a 5 minute feel good erection massage. This is proceeded by and at the mid point by hot wrap to totally relax and provide blood flow to the member in question.

I think time at size is key to enlargement. Your cock has a memory of the size it is now, and to change that memory, you have to keep it large for long periods of time, several days in a row, before rest days.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well freddre, i think this is somewhat like bodybuilding: first you learn the basic exercise, than start adding your own touch and doing more complex exercises.

Start off with the newbie routine and work on from there!

I was thinking from what i read, what if i dry jelqued for ten minutes, and did a feww odd stretches and squeezes every morning. Even on off days, just like a routine. Anyone do this?

In addition to a regular hard workout regime.
