I know that questions can get very repetive around here, but i just have one more annoying one. I have been reading through checking out some of your routines, but nowhere does it state exactly what type of work you should do. Everyone has different variations, some guys seem to be gaining with less volume, where others are spending hours a day. Please share some of your length specific, girth specific, or all around routines. The only reason i ask questions like this, is because as a newbie i would like to get it right the first time, giving credit to those who did all of the hard work experimenting of course.
