I’m addicted to measuring. I do it nearly every time I PE. Does anybody know of a good way that I can break this habit?

Don’t measure ;-). PE far far away from a tape measurer that way when you start, while you’ll be tempted to measure, you’ll have to go a distance to get to the measuring device.

On this topic:

I lost my ruler one time and I thought I would go crazy from not being able to measure.
But in the end, it helped me because it motivated me to see my progress more.

Based on all of the responses I’m guessing I’m not the only one with a measuring problem. What do you think is a good space of time in-between measurements? Is once a month too frequent?

Just put the ruler somewhere where it’s not easy to reach. I have a similar problem, I’m more likely to measure before due date if the ruler is close to me (on my work desk or something), but if it’s stashed in the closet, I don’t bother getting it.
