Hello-progress
Hello everyone.
I have been reading many articles about the things that I wish to change, and put it into practice exactly one week ago.
It seems that since then, using the 2 on 1 off newbie routine, I have gained just over 1/8” in length. Unfortunately I did not make an original girth measurement, so my gains there are sketchy.
I assume this is okay progress, although I will continue to condition in preparation for working on my slight bat shape.
Thanks for the routine. I will be here periodically.
