How much time do I require to work on them to get first noticeable results?

What are reverse kegels and what benefits I can expect from doing these?

Is there any specific routine for PC muscles, or just simple squeezing for specified time is required? (Five seconds hold - Five seconds relax)

30 2-3 sec holds kegels daily, for starters will pump up your erection quality. You don’t need more.

Reverse kegeling is like that: Imagine that you want to pee really bad after drinking 5 beers and you want to get all the urine out. What do you do? You push the urine out of you penis increasing the flow volume. Got it? That movement with out peeing is a reverse kegel.

You don’t need reverse kegels for starters, in my opinion.

Give the linear routine a shot.
