Heat Pad On Rest Days

Since the introduction of a good heat source and before during and after my PE routine, I have definitely noticed improvements in my flaccid hang.

Would there be any benefit to heat only on rest days?


Starting Stats BPL(measured from top): 6 3/4" EG: 4 5/8" (as of 5/25/2016)

Short term goal 7"x 5"

Long term goal: Don't really have one. Why stop?

Why would you use heat only on rest days? I’m not sure there would be much benefits from using heat pad on rest days, it’s good to have time off your wiener when you do PE and benefits should be limited to a very temporary increase in flaccid hang.

I think you use heat before, during and after PE. Specially stretching.

Heat would help to increase blood flow and perhaps promote healing but I’m not sure it’s really needed on your off days. However, it can’t hurt (if it’s not to hot) so try it and report back.

What about massages and masturbation. Those are the days I have planned for release?

There are a few threads dealing with the issue of release, my opinion is the hornier you are, the better night woods are (better recovery), the better you feel , the easier and more enjoyable work outs are . So one way to approach the problem is to find what makes you hornier without ever draining you. Other people believe physiological/biological events happen if you don’t cum so they avoid it most of the time. Some prefer to edge regularly and not release often.

A note to finish off this thread, for me anyway.

Heat pad on rest day had practically no effect. Mostly I achieve an erection while in the heat pad and have about 5 minutes of fuller flaccid hang, then back to normal.

Kegels on the other hand, I have started doing 10 sets of 5 seconds squeeze five seconds relaxed 3 times per day for about a week now and my night time and morning erections are really getting strong, and I did not feel as id they were weak before.

I’ve been doing 50 fast 2-3 sets when i remember but no regular morning wood. Will try your way for now and report any progress.
