Heat Lamp Burn

To preface, I already went to my GP and to a urologist and the urologist referred me to pelvic floor therapy which helps somewhat but is not completely healing my injuries.

I slightly burned my penis while using an infrared heat lamp around 6 months ago. I kept 18” between my penis and lamp but still after around 10 min my penis felt irritated and itchy. And it became more wrinkled and bumpy on the glans (and is still more or less this way). And it caused spider veins to develop on the shaft. And the meatus swelled up (and still is always somewhat swollen and gets worse when irritated). And since the burn I have had painfully sensitive glans that hurts when it rubs on clothing and sometimes during masturbation and intercourse.

For wrinkles/bumps I’ve been moisturizing with hyaluronic acid and vitamins c, e, k, a and cerave light lotion and olive oil. I want to try out tallow.

For the pain I’ve been applying same stuff as above and I’ve also tried abstaining from masturbation and sex for few months, and I also tried a manhood artificial foreskin which helped but would fall off all the time so I stopped messing with it. I also have been doing pelvic floor therapy which helps but doesn’t cure.

For the spider veins I’ve tried dmso and iodine, and some essential oils. No cure. Still have spider veins.

For swollen meatus I make sure to completely empty all urine and wipe away any dribble which helps somewhat.

These things all help somewhat, but I am still left with a painful glans that is somewhat wrinkled and bumpy and a shaft that has spider veins and a slightly swollen meatus (like fish lips when it’s bad).

I’m thinking I may need to restore my foreskin to fully heal these problems, but this takes time.

In the meantime, do you guys have any other ideas for how to heal these different problems?

Thank you
