Head sore, am I injured?

I did my 3 secs jelq for a month without problems, and just have been doing 5 secs jelq with more pressure for 4 days, and I feel sore at my head since yesterday, have I injured my unit or it is a sign I am doing at maximum levelthat can be translated into positive PI?

It’s my rest day today, should I workout ot stop tomorrow?

I do not really give more pressure, I just feel much more pressure with the 5 secs jelq.

If what you did was working fine, why did you change it?

Although I did not have any problem with my previous routine, I di not get any result after PEing for month, so I made conclusion it is a Neutral PI. With 5 secs jelq, I can feel more blood flow in my shaft and head, and in my previous thread, I was suggested to give it a try. After 4 days, I get the soreness on my head, it is just like muscle & lig soreness.
