Low LOT high erection angle

This seems to be my problem. I have a very low lot but my erection angle is high. Doesn’t this contradict itself? Could it be that my pc muscle is so developed that my LOT appears to be low (6:00)? I have hung ots and so but btc and sd give me the most soreness. I have minimal gains (less than 1/4) since i started hanging and i have took a rather extended break from hanging and will start back next week.

I am in the same boat as you. My LOT is in between 7 and 8, yet my erection angle is close to 11. I have been hanging stright up since I started PE over a year ago, and have made some nice gains, but it gets me wondering - should I perhaps switch to hanging the lower angles? Any vet. hangers want to chime in?

what kind of gains have you made and what is your routine?

I started out with manual stretching from Luvdadus’ newbie routine and increased time of each week. Then, I bought a Bib-hanger and have been hanging off and on since. I started out roughly 6.50-6.75” BP and am currently 7.875” BP. I can’t seem to make that 1/8 inch to reach 8” BP. I could also stand to lose some of my fatpad, that Is for sure.

Nope, several things can affect erection angle that won’t effect LOT, like tunica shape or the weight of your dick.

No I don’t think that a stong kegel would make a difference, except perhaps pay close attention to what is happening when you test LOT, if the base is flexin and the head moves only slightly, call that your LOT (check out the ‘movement of head’ thread for more details of why).

I got lig soreness for a long time, with minimal gains until I changed angle. You’re still putting stress on the area, it’s gain potential which is important.

1/4 is great work man, congrats on that. How long did it take to get that? Was that your first gains?

Where’s your LOT at right now, 7:30? How long has it been since your last gain?

You’re doing great. Sure, get a good diet and exercise program too it won’t just make more NBPL visible - you’ll also sweat less, have clearer skin, look better naked and feel more confindent. I know, shitty deal, but what can you do?

It’s a long time since I’ve written about this stuff, I’m surprised I still remember it.

You’re alive! My LOT currently is close to 8. And it has been some time since my last real large gain.

As far as physically, I am doing good. Eatting right and doing a workout 3 times a week, which is great.

Well you have two options;

1 - Change to lower angles, since your last gains are probably well cemented by now.
2 - Keep doing upper angles and preferably increase either the weight or number of sets.

Is 8” your length goal? If it is, I would say change angles. If you plan on gaining a lot more, I would stick with upper angles but increase weight.

8” BP is my monthly goal. Ideally, I would like to be 9” BP when all is said and done.

It took about 5 months. I probably overtrained because i had way too much soreness in my crotch area. This time around when i get the soreness, I will take it easier. thanks ss

I started with a low LOT, about 8:00, and I gained really well from what I thought was mostly stretching ligs, but my LOT is now 8:30-9:00 which I find bizarre.

So does that mean I stretched the tunica more?
