When I was stretching , I got pain in the base of penis so I decided to take a break for 3 weeks

After 3 weeks I noticed less pain and I got ED (I can get full erection but I can’t maintain it) and that’s my first time to have ED so I went to urologist he said I’m ok its the bone that gives you pain and advised my to use hot shower especially where I feel pain

I’m wondering its just a bone that gives me pain and ED ??

I hope someone could answer me

It kinda sounds like you aren’t fully healed from your original pubic bone injury. But…I never personally heard of any situation where only erection duration was affected. It seems like you may have an issue mentally where this thought manifests because you believe it.

The information you provided doesn’t seem to add up to having an erection duration problem that I’ve ever seen. So maybe you should worry about it less. Perhaps less masturbation as well. Fully recover then worry about it.

I went to the urologist just yesterday .
After maybe 5-10 sec with no simulation I see I can bend my penis easily with my hand and its unusual I had a long erection before . Maybe I just need to stop PE and quit masturbation

This would be the only thing I could think to do. Stop pe and masturbation for a while.

But most importantly, don’t worry about it. If the doc said you weren’t seriously hurt, then there’s no serious problem. So just be easy. This is most important. Most erection issues are mental and a clear mind helps a ton.

Give it a month’s rest. Stretching is known for similar kind of injuries and ED if someone overdoes it.

A month off and you will be fine.

Another safe method is to observe you erections. When they start staying there and you can maintain them naturaly without trying then you are good to go again. May take 10 days, or 30 days.

Can I do kegel - reverse kegel now or I just wait

No. Nothing. Do not force erections either. No tests. Let it be.

Update: I think my bone is healed but I’m still suffering from ED

One thing I noticed that I feel pain when I want to pee

Just to be clear I wasn’t suffering from ED until I had had this pain

I feel my left bone (where the pain is in) like popped up (can feel a vein higher )unlike the right side is that normal?

You are overthinking this and seeing monsters under the bed. You stressed your suspensory ligament, it hurts a little bit and you now afraid you broke something. Relax, take a deep breath and quit obsessing over nothing. When you finally give up worrying about it, your erections will come back.

I’m over-thinking because its been a month or more with no changes I really don’t know what to do . Does it take more than month ? Any advice what should I do?

Another observation , when I get erection my penis lean on the left side (where my pain was) and I found that that vein is more popped out with erection

No one knows or can predict how long healing takes. Rest allows it to heal and you’re not allowing it to rest.

As my erection is getting worse I’m just afraid that I made things worse
