Hard pull or light pull for stretches ??

Hard pull or light pull for stretches ??

Well there has been debate if you pull hard during stretching this would lead to medicore length gains if any. But everyone is different right??

Pulling light during stretches are more beneficial for length gains.This also leads to everyone is different again.

So the big question is which one is the one that fits you the best??

My history I have been the type that pulls hard and gradually increase the intensity. I have gained but I believe that my gains have stalled.

So for now on I’m giong to barely pull see what happens in about a month. This just might break my EL gains again. Plus I have been getting more EG than EL.

For me I pull as hard as it takes to get me to my BPFSL. There is no reason to pull harder than that since it will not suddenly go any longer and in my case, pulling harder than that has led to toughening of the tunica which slowed down my progress at that time.
