Hard Lymph Node/ Vessel?

So I have had this hard vein or lymph node right under the head of my penis. Its been there since I started 1.5 months ago, and doesn’t seem to get better or worse… It can be seen in my progress (girth image) photos about 1/4 inch below the head. Its not painful, but I have awareness of it. Its been there for a long time maybe 2 years? I actually think sometimes that jelqing and heat helps it (clears it out)?

Is there anything I should know about these things or the best way to remedy them?

It sounds like a lymph fluid buildup or swollen or plugged lymph vessel. Heat and massage can help. Combined with some time off from PE. I had a whole long line of them develop, it was an inflamed lymph vessel. Heat and massage along the line of bumps broke mine down, but it did take a good long while. Six or eight weeks I think. It was a few years back, so I don’t remember clearly now.
