Hanging, pumping and extenders.
I have been doing PE off and on for a few years. Mostly casually on a day off here and there with no definitive goal or routine. I’ve read many forums, posts and threads about what everyone is doing. All of these routines sound great. Although what I haven’t seen is a combination of my favorite “exercises”.
I’m curious if anyone had tried or has a routine similar to my plans. I welcome all feedback. Here is my proposed routine.
Warm up stretches: up, down, left, right, straight out, circles. Twenty pulls for three seconds each direction. Twenty minutes in extender. Twenty minutes hanging. Repeat extender/hanger pairing for three to five rounds.
Day two would be the same warm up stretches. Then pump and extender pairings at twenty minute intervals for three to five sets.
The amount of days I can do this per week would vary but I’m hoping to get three to five days per week.
Current goal is to gain two inches in length.
