Hi I am new to this site and exercising my penis in general. I am currently about 6.25 in length I’m not sure about girth haven’t measured just yet. I just bought a extender online and am waiting for it to arrive. I have done some research and all the sites say it’s okay to sleep with but I’m a little skeptical about that.. The possible blood circulation issues. Has anyone slept with one on and can tell me proof positive that I will be okay? My real question is based on the theory of extenders that we use traction on the penis to let the cells multiply and based on the knowledge that pumps increase blood flow and good blood flow helps things heal. I thought about maybe using my extender then right after ward using a pump to increase the blood to my penis. Does this sound like it would work to any of you? I don’t have a pump so I am not up on what actually happens with one but will be reading it on this site. I hope any of this makes sense I’m just eager to start.

Don’t do any forms of PE while sleeping. While you sleep, your penis goes through several erection cycles that are meant to keep your penis in healthy working order, and you don’t want to do anything to mess with that natural cycle.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do the newbie routine for at least three months as CK and gprent say. From gprent’s link:

If you don’t go through a newbie routine, you are more likely to hurt yourself using equipment.

I am being very serious.

Newbie routine will teach you about PE and your penis. If you don’t have that base knowledge it is too easy to injure yourself.

Kind of like entering a formula one race without having gotten a learner’s permit.

one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Ill deff be trying the newbie routine obviously I need to be taught thats why I’m here asking questions. And I probably should have explained my extend then pump theory a little more ( granted I know I would be jumping in both feet instead of testing the waters) But I was thinking of doing the LOWEST suction that I can pretty much pump( just enough to increase the blood a little). Literally hardly pumping at all but after reading the routine I am happy to stick with that for now. It’s always better to be safe than.broken haha especially since I am only 20 I have MANY years left can’t break my buddy already.

I actually started out by using the x4 extender, and after a month or so discovered this place.

YOU CAN NOT SLEEP WITH AN EXTENDER ON, although I will often wake up in the am, put it on and go back to bed, but not really sleep.

The key thing is to take it slow at first, to give your body time to adjust.

I actually do just what your talking about, use the extender for 3 or 4 hours around the house and then combine pumping at a low pressure 5mm Hg with jelqing. I’ve gained 1.5 inches in the last year, but you have to gradually build up to a routine like this. I think of all the things I do, the jelqing/ stretching is probably e most useful.

I wouldn’t advize sleeping with a PE device, but if you have to - use an alarm clock so you can check and reseat the device hourly. I also would say to a seasoned PE’er length work can be very productive after girth because you can take advantage of the tunica expansion.

Using an extender is in my opinion perfectly alright as a PE beginner and once you have worn it for a few hours you will realise why wearing it at night is unhealthy. Good luck!

So I got my extender in the mail about 3 days ago now. I did a few jelqing routines so far and a little extending. Now I put my penis in the device the strap is uncomfortable as hell so I think I’m gonna pad it ( also to cut down on the circulation problem that was going on down there) Now after about an hour I noticed it didn’t feel like my penis was stretching anymore. I refrained from increasing the tension anymore just to be safe. Is it okay to keep extending it once I stop feeling the stretch even if it is only 30 min into the stretch?

dude. you have to go slow with the extender!. It takes a month or 2 to get used to the thing. It really is a medieval torture device, but over time your body gets used to it. Dont go too fast or you will definitely hurt yourself.

You will probably get good advice on extender usage from the extender site. use it to complement the things you learn here on thunders; but dont think that extender usage alone will yield big gains.

I’m sure that there are lots of members here who bought extenders and felt that they did not work. The only reason I have had success is cuz I combined it with other techniques that I learned here.

Goodbye extender I’m have been using it at a very low tension based on all the things I have read and jelqing more than anything. I’m no longer using the extended because I’m not sure if this is new or if I’m noticing it just now because I’m more focused on my penis now. It seems as though there is a indent near the head of my penis right where the strap is at. It goes away when hard but there when soft it’s deff there I may be crazy who knows but it looks like jelqing is working well enough
