Hanging: Pros, Cons, Etc
I am considering beginning hanging. I’ve been PEing for just over a year now, and at one point was using Size Genetics 8- 10 hours a day, this lasted 5-6 months (How does hanging compare and or differ to size genetics?). Before I start hanging, I want to know the pros and cons. I’ve read before that it can lower erection quality (EQ is very important to me), and also, lessen your girth. Is there any truth behind these claims? Also what kind of gains are you guys getting, and what is a good weight, and technique to start with?
