I am considering beginning hanging. I’ve been PEing for just over a year now, and at one point was using Size Genetics 8- 10 hours a day, this lasted 5-6 months (How does hanging compare and or differ to size genetics?). Before I start hanging, I want to know the pros and cons. I’ve read before that it can lower erection quality (EQ is very important to me), and also, lessen your girth. Is there any truth behind these claims? Also what kind of gains are you guys getting, and what is a good weight, and technique to start with?

Like Lenny said, a good place to start is the Hanging 101 link he provided. As for EQ, I don’t think it is a good idea to try to have sex immediately after using either your extender or doing a few sets with a hanger. And I think that most people don’t see a big difference in girth with a hanger; if anything, hanging increases your base girth.

Yeah I tried the supplements, spent hundreds of dollars. But once I quit taking them I lost all of what little I gained. Been hanging for 4 weeks now and seeing some pretty good results. I probably started a little to heavy was a little painful to start but got past it and now it actually feels good to get a good stretch. Up to 7.5 lbs and going for more!
