Does the intake of protein have any significance for penis growth as well? I was also wondering if it is a good idea to combine PE exercise to my regular gym exercises like this?
I bet being in good health and getting lots of nutrients, phytonutrients, healthy fats etc does wonders for the body in total.
I just read the book “The Hardness Factor”. The Doc who wrote it has me convinced that better cardiovascular health = better erections/ bloodflow to the penis. I started following all of the recommendations in the book and its been about 3 weeks and i have noticed harder nocturnal erections (return of the piss boner) along with a better circulated flaccid penis, oh and harder erections in general. The better circulation part is key I think, I bet it speeds up the rate of delivery of nutrients/ recovery after a workout. I Am on my decon now, but in the last 2 weeks Started juicing vegitables. I really look forward to seeing how it affects my PE once I get started up agian next week..
