I have been constant on my regiment mostly Hanging for a qucikly passing 3 weeks and now using an ADS about 3-5 hours a day. I am a diabetic and have not had a good erection for about a year. Man they are comming like clockwork. and no more of the turtle dick, my flaccid hang is 2 inches longer. And have gotten the skin used to hanging 10 lbs fom it. I am really happy, no noticable gains yet but and over all wellness. I think I will be seeing gains soon.

I just have a quick question for you. What device or homemade ADS are you using?
I haven’t yet found an ADS that I can wear comfortably for long periods of time or conceal very well (I wear girls jeans).

Look up AutoExt on this forum It is very comfortable and CHEAP but well made. BUT I have to use it in the amanimity of my home. YOU CAN see this thing on from any were. No, loose pants dont work when you have 6-8 inch rods comming from the sides of your dick. The thing about the autoext is that even with a 4 3/4 girth i find it a bit small, and when I have the lobster like clamp on the rods go out like a V insted of l l . I think if you make a homade ads the kind that you strap around your leg would be better. Also when I have to pee I have to take the whole damn contraption off, its just easier that way. And another thing I have to take a break about every 30 mins or so. You cant wear this thing for hours on end. Not me hope this helps
