Great Quote

I just heard a fantastic quote and if there was ever a mantra for those of us doing PE, this is it.

“I can no longer accept the things I cannot change. It’s time to change the things I cannot accept!”

Thank God for the people who have felt this way about their penis, spent the time developing all the various PE exercises, then shamelessly posting them to the web for the rest of us. Hats off to all you who have dedicated time and effort, shared your successes and failures, given advise and encouragement, and developed a lot of contraptions and exercises to aid in our endeavors to increase the size of our penis! Well, not quite yet. Still a few posts away from being able to post elsewhere. That’s probably the only thing about Thunders Place that I don’t like. Wish I could post anywhere and upload an avatar before 30 posts. Not a big deal though, small price to pay.

You can add a quote any time and you can also post anywhere. You can’t start new threads in forums other than Penis Enlargement Basics, Progress Reports and Progress Reports and Pictures. If a thread you start is too advanced for Penis Enlargement Basics, it’ll be moved to Penis Enlargement.

We do this for a few simple reasons: it reduces the possibility for people to post in the wrong place before they’ve got around to reading the Forum Guidelines , makes spam easier to spot and often organises newbie stuff into newbie forums. We also run new posters posts through a decrappifier™.

All this stuff is likely to piss off people who can read and write properly and already have PE experience and those who prefer to post only a little but when they do it’s gold. However, you would be surprised with the number of people who register here and then hit the /sendmessage.html link to tell us they can’t post. You could argue it’s lazy of us to want to reduce the moderation load. I guess it is :) .

Thanks memento. I guess I should use my terms better. I’m an old guy and new to forum posting. I knew I could post elsewhere and have done so. I should have said I can’t start new threads other than the areas for new members. I still don’t see anywhere I can add a quote but that’s not a problem. If someone wants to re-post this quote, I’m fine with that.

Any forum is a community of people: they have their weird ways that seem strange to outsiders. When I’ve joined forums in the past, I’ve read for months or years before posting. I like to have a good idea of the culture. I know you’ve been around here long enough to get a good feel, which was why I bothered to post some of the reasoning for why we do what we do. It’s unfortunate that the people who would be quite capable of posting in a reasonable manner everywhere are in the same restricted environment as those who aren’t and sometimes for longer.

Thanks Brother. I know I’ve seen that quote page before, just couldn’t find it when I last tried. I added the quote. I spent many months reading all the posts here before I ever got up the gumption to add my own. Mighty glad I did.

Great quote! Isn’t it funny that we don’t typically share our endeavors in PE with our peers but with faceless strangers?
