Gradually increasing duration of newbie routine from 10 minutes to 30 minutes
I am on week three now.
I am supposed to from 5 min stretching/10 min jelqing to 10 min stretching/30 min jelqing according to the newbie routine thread.
Well I don’t want to get too impatient and ramp up the intensity so my penis gets too conditioned and toughened to respond to anything but the super intense stuff. “Less is more”.
How quickly should I increase it?
