The Newbie Routine - Kegels
Hello guys! I am new to this place, and I am going to start the PE Newbie Routine. I really look forward to be starting! I come from Norway, so I don’t understand everything here, but I try to read a lot. I have one question about kegels, what is that? I read that it was something about the PC muscle.. But I don’t understand.. 50 kegels of five seconds holds each, I have no clue about what you mean with that.. Could some of you be nice to me and explain it clearly for me? I really appreciate it.
The Newbie Routine
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
