Gotta be stealth

What kind of extender or ads is most recommended? I can’t drop big bucks. I see some on eBay that strap to knee and pull down and one that has a chest harness and pulls up. I don’t have enough privacy for much exercise wise at home so this sounds like a good option. Give me some input please.

You can make your own stretcher instead of buying a new one. It would save you a lot of money.

I’d go for the VacADS, is very stealth. Not too expensive either.
