I have been hanging for a few weeks after having completed the newbie routine. Am experiencing positive PI’s and enjoying the process and outcome.
Wrapping with cotton from t-shirts has been effective yet I felt there was a better way.
Enter The Magical Search Button. Found a reference to wrapping with leather from a chamois rather than fabric and theraband.
Have tried this and it is great. One layer, quicker, easy and very comfortable.
Worth trying.
