G’day folks, Have to say what a great and interesting website. I’m basically a noob to PE and what it can actually do. I’ve read several posts about people who gain and some that don’t. I’m basically happyish with my length but want to concentrate on adding some girth. I’m aiming for half a inch. But there so many different types of PE techniques, I’m wondering what I can do as a beginner or what some of you guys have found worked well for your girth gains.


Search for the newbie routine, it is the best place to start. Welcome and good luck.

Just put the word GIRTH on search area and read as much as you can before performing also I have to say that girth exercises are a lot heavier than length ones so a newbie routine would help you to condition your unit for a few months, although some guys of TP have achieved good girth gains it’ll take more time and dedication but half an inch is not too much to ask so if you perform everything right you might get this done by the end of the semester.

Welcome to the forum. The newbie routine is definitely the way to go. Try it for a few months and see where it takes you. Then you’ll be conditioned, you’ll understand your penis anatomy better, and you’ll have had a few months to hang out with the ever-entertaining and amusing dick pullers here. Good luck Sevenaussie!
