So I have been doing the newbie routine for approx. 2 months. I started with 6” BPEL and 4.75” EG. I have recently measured several times and now measure 6.5” BPEL and 4.75” EG. In my routine I do dry jelqs just because I like them better. After my latest jelqing session I measured my girth just to see if there was a difference, and it measured 5.25” EG. Now that was directly after my session. Question is how long before that gain becomes permanent, and will it become permanent. My goal for now is 7.5”x5.5”. It seems my dick looks thicker after a session, but by the end of the day it’s the same old teenie weenie.. Lol Another question I have is with stretching. How do I know if I’m stretching correctly? When I do stretch I feel a slight pull for about 2-3 seconds then there is nothing. Any advise on any of this?

6x4.75 isn’t a teenie weenie, but I get what you are saying. Are you sure you are measuring at the same EQ? Girth is going to come slowly so it may be in the measurement error over 2 months.

What I mean with the stretching is, after 2-3 seconds I no longer feel the stretch in the ligaments. I just feels as if I’m standing there pulling my penis. Should I continue to feel the ligaments being strained throughout the entire stretching process.

When I stretch the ligs I can feel the ligments stretch realy intense thru the entire stretching..

But I do it realy intense and 110% ligment stretch.. always

I’m new on this forum and this is my first post :p I just want to know he best girth routines for a newbie.. First off my penis size, last year this time I was about 5.5 inches in length but then suddenly out of the blue my penis grew and in around 3 months I grew to my current length of 8 inches(no joke) since then it hasn’t grown much.I’m reasonably happy with my length however my girth is the problem I’m only 4.6 inches around.. That being said I’m 19 and a late bloomer should I start girth PE? Or should I wait for natural growth? Plzzzzz reply :D

Yep same here concerned with mostly girth. So what I am doing is this.

As a warm up after erect I just do soft milking squeezes.

Then after a few minutes of that I apply more pressure and do some holds.

This is all squeezing from the base up, I will do this switching hands for roughly 30-45 min.

Then the cool down is the same as the warm up.

So far wife says much fuller feeling to her and its much fuller feeling in my hand during excersize.

Then I also wear a cock all day every day.

I am a bit concerned about loss of sensitivity tho. I don’t think its a permanant thing but sensitivity is def decreased.

I want more gift also… me is 13,5…

I’m not really familiar with most of these techniques barring jelqueing I’ve heard that jelqueing when erect helps girth is this true?

Yeah for me it did but also stretched the skin on the shaft of my cock which I don’t really want. At my age gonna be getting saggy skin soon enough.
