Girth gains through stretching

Hi guys,I am going for length at the mo so Iv uped the ammount of manual stretching I do to 30 to 45 mins and reduced jelquing and squeezing to 15 mins per workout.I am surprised to have gained girth as well as length through the increased stretching,can anyone explain this?


It might just be fluid build-up, which is a very common occurrence. Try taking a few days off to see if it dissipates. I’ve seen what I thought were girth gains through length work many times only to see them disappear after taking a break. The only time I got true permanent girth gains is when I performed girth exercises.
