Hey ya’ll is there an exercise to get girth near the bottom of your penis because it’s starting to look like a baseball bat.

If I am not mistaken hanging and pumping both work on base girth. You can also try a reverse-jelq where you hold a kegle gripping as far into your fat pad as possible, then jelq the trapped blood down from the head towards the base.

Started 10/1/04 Approaching 7x5, Going for 8x6

Also T.Dog, another thing you may do, if you are not doing it is when jelquing you should actually be going further into your ball sack with the ok grip. Meaning, don’t stop when you are right at the base, but push into your balls and grab the internal penis and jelq it out.

That may help you get your penis a little thicker at the base.

Also what I do is right behind the head I squeeze while 70 to 90 percent erect. I then do ten kegals and release. I do this after ever hundred jelqs and seems to have increase my EG pretty good. You might want to wait another month before trying this exercise though. It might be too advanced.

I’m beginning to get this problem too, although only when flaccid, which I find strange. But I’ve started clamping (with cable clamps) “behind the balls” so the clamp is as faR down my shaft as possible. I then do squeezes from the head to the base whilst erect. It feels like it should work, but I haven’t been doing it enough yet to tell conclusively.

Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-start!: 29 Sept 10: 7.0" BPEL x 4.7" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 14 Oct 10: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.3" head (regained EQ). Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

The reason I don’t do the extra pushback on your testicles ( I used to). Is because the foresking of my balls is starting to hang off the middle of my penis……’s starting to flag down some of the skin from my testcles. I tpaed the skin back up every night and during exercises and it’s returning to normal.

I’m pretty advanced I’ve been doing it for at least 4-5 months.

I heard reverse jelq is dangerous?

Before you start looking for new exercises to specifically target basegirth you should check yourself if you’re doing your current exercises (jelqs/uli’s) correct. There are two things to look at your grip, palm down and pinkie out is the best and from where you start your exercise, push your grip all the way into your fatpad to start as close to the pubic bone as possible.

You can also get quite erected and then clamp or use fingers as an “oh” BEFORE you kegel, this way you will be kegeling blood into your penis as normal, but the area that gets new blood is restricted physically. What is happening is that all the blood from one kegel will expand the lower/inner part of your penis. I also think this tecnique is good for expanding the veins where blood to the penis arrives from, this will get a better blood flow to your penis all around which is good for healing, erections, better flaccid hangs etc..

kegelling puts blood into the penis?

Dingle, you are saying this, get 100% erect, put an OK grip around the base, and then kegel? Is this right? How many kegels? For how long? etc, need details!!

I have found this to become a challenge for me as well. Something I have started doind is kond of a variation of the Horse 440 where I clamp with my fingers as close to the pubic bone as possible (through scrotum and the fat pad), and then grasp the top of my penis with my other hand in the same plams-down fashion. I clamp with this outer hand using my pinky and then spueeze the blood back towards the clamped pubic area. This kind of forces the blood to expand that section of the shaft.

I am being careful with this one since it could probably cause injury if overdone. Also, I have just started with this so I do not know how well it will work, but given the effectiveness of the Horse 440s, I do not see how it would not work.
