Hey all, I started doing PE just a few days ago and have noticed increases in flaccid length right off the bat. I started out at about BPFL 4 inches and am now at BPFL 4.5-4.75 inches. However my girth looks rather small to me at just 5 inches around on the fattest part. I know that I probably won’t see major gains for a while regardless of the exercises I do, but what is the best exercise a beginner can do to increase girth? I’ve heard jelqing while erect helps girth, but I’ve also heard that it’s very dangerous and could bust a vein. My current routine is: warm wrap for 5 minutes, stretching for 5 minutes, jelqing for 10 minutes and then warm wrap for 5 minutes, 5 days on/ 2 days off.

I too noticed almost immediate increases in flaccid hang, vascularity, and stamina. If you’re not doing kegels yet you should. I’m about 3 months in myself and have recently started a couple clamping exercises. I haven’t seen any midshaft girth gains yet, but base girth was up .2” last I checked. I attribute this to stretching. Give it some more time to build some conditioning. Then try some bundled stretching and clamping.

Well fist off, girth routines are more advanced. So I would say first do your routine for a few months to condition your dick more so it can take the punishment of girth work. Injuries are painful and puts you out of PE for a long while. 3 months is the rule of thumb before doing any advanced routines. So don’t even think about girth work till you have reached 3 months.

But that being said, you are correct. Jelqing at the upper scale of erect level do help with girth, and I personally do an adaptive horse squeeze for girth that gives good gains, but wont be going into that now. Its very advanced and I don’t want you to try it and injure yourself.

Girth is a problem to develop for most of us, quite unusual and rare to see an “easy girth gainer”. Not necessary an impossibility, just takes longer to see the increases.

Five consecutive days of training won’t help your cause because girth and rest days are closely connected.

Good schedules for girth would be 1 to 2 ON followed by 1 OFF.
