So I’ve been manual stretching and extending everyday and jelqing 3x per week over the passed 2 months I was able to add another bar in the extender and my flaccid hang is definitely better. I just recently had some slight pain in the left side of penis shaft (I curve left) I’ve been fighting the curve with some semi erect bends as well. Maybe the tissue that’s causing it to bend left is becoming torn/broken down? I don’t want to stop stretching in fear of it healing curved. Maybe light stretching throughout the day till pain subsides?

Try doing nothing until the pain subsides. What’s the rush?

Hi titlest I’ve read a lot of your posts/threads. Just trying to maximize my length gaines. I feel the pain in the side of my shaft when I kegel. I believe it was either from high tension on extender or laying on erection pointed to the right (against curve)

Do you believe heated manual stretching for an hour to be best for length gaines? Any specific stretches? Inverted v, bundled, ect.

Ok I will take off all PE until I don’t feel any pain in the side of the shaft. Has anyone else had this pain like where peyroines causing tissue would be. I use to get the same pains when I was young 12-15yo which is when I believe the curve happened it’s in the exact same location as it use to be back In the day

I know how u feel. I’ve gained half an inch in length since December and want more, but I have hard veins and soreness that needs to heel and it depresses me. Finally getting gains and I have to stop.

May have overdone the vacuum pumping a little.

You might need to see a doctor. I believe they can look at the penis and if they see scar tissue then it truly is Peyronie’s disease.

I might be wrong but I believe if someone has a history of it, then they are at a higher risk for future scar tissue buildup. If that is the case then you need to be very careful. You could end up shortening the length of your penis or causing serious problems with an increased curvature.

I am not a doctor. I just think it might be in your best interest to see one or at the very least greatly dial down your routine.

Peyronie’s disease is very rare… so don’t get yourself all stressed out about it. It may pay though to get yourself checked out, for peace of mind.

Your left side is your weaker side, and you have been putting more stress on that side, to try and straighten it. When you do manual stretches and extend, you naturally put more stress on that side. Also, semi erect bends is not part of any Newbie Routine, for a reason. So, this all equals… injury.

I’ve done something similar, and also have some slight pain/discomfort on my left side. I’ve taken a month off, to let it heal. After about 2 weeks the pain has disappeared, but I’m going to take another 2 weeks off to make sure. I suggest you do the same, unless you want to do more damage and need a longer time off.

Try taking a week off first, and during this time mentally prepare yourself for a long rest period… I found it easier this way. While you are recovering, think about your Routine, and the mistakes you have made, and come back wiser and stronger ;)

Thankyou for the responses and Yea Idk if it’s actually peyroines, it’s not curved that bad.. I believe it’s from masturbating with right hand, seems a lot of people have a left curve and masturbate righty. I will definitely avoid erect bends when I start back up. I believe it is very minor strain because it’s much better today and I have been getting random boners still

I will say this perhaps it will help.

My penis curves to the left cause my left cc is a little atrophic, nothing serious, just a tad smaller than the right cc, which causes the small curve.

I came to notice that my left cc, tends to hurt sometimes after a heavy session. It passes in a couple of days.

Because I can not use different pressure to one cc, for obvious reasons, my left one tends to take a little more beating than the right one cause it’s a little weaker, especially when jelqing.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I also have a slight left curv to my dick, there was a survey on thunders last year about which kind of curv is most common and left curv came out on top. Most curvs unless caused by trauma or pyronies are congenital, I had a slight left curv to my dick before I even knew how to wank properly so mine definitely wasn’t caused by wanking. And yes your left side will always be slightly more sore as it has to work harder to compensate for its length in comparison to your right side.

As for the curve it feels harder/tighter in a specific area in the shaft and is very inflexible in that location. It maybe be congenital but there may be scar tissue in the area. It doesn’t cause me any issues and the curve isn’t bad enough to effect sex. Like Titlest, the shaft also seems to lean to the left which makes it appear to curve worse.

Chances is that you have it by birth.

Your penis grew that way just like mine with a left curvature. My borther also has a left curvature.

Don’t worry about, You just overtrained. No scar tissue. I highly doubt it. That hard thing you are touching, I believe it is the point where you left cc, supports the weight and the stretch of your bigger right cc, so it might be a little stronger and harder to the touch than the rest. Think physics.
