Gained My First Quarter
Started PE about four weeks ago and I have gained just over a quarter inch. No girth change yet. The four weeks includes two streaks of about 4 days each where I had to take breaks cause I wore myself out. After I read the book I promised myself I wouldn’t ovetrain and I did it anyways. Twice. Did too many kegels too early. My advice to all beginners. Start out slow. Always warm up! I had to start out only working out every third day. Then upped it to every other. I just upgraded to 2 on 1 off and I think it’s too much too soon. Probably gonna go back to every other for a while. Good luck everybody. This actually works!
