Gained My First Quarter

Started PE about four weeks ago and I have gained just over a quarter inch. No girth change yet. The four weeks includes two streaks of about 4 days each where I had to take breaks cause I wore myself out. After I read the book I promised myself I wouldn’t ovetrain and I did it anyways. Twice. Did too many kegels too early. My advice to all beginners. Start out slow. Always warm up! I had to start out only working out every third day. Then upped it to every other. I just upgraded to 2 on 1 off and I think it’s too much too soon. Probably gonna go back to every other for a while. Good luck everybody. This actually works!

You have the right idea.. Take your time. I already found that out the hard way. I started to feel really good after my workouts so I figured a little more was better. Now, I’m thinking that if it felt good I should take a day of rest. At least while I’m still learning the ropes.

Great news! It`s funny, even after three months and 5/8” gain in length I still have moments of doubt about where my new length is coming from. Occasionally I will doubt my initial measurements ( I was never quite 6”) but then the excitement returns and I re-motivate myself to doing the work necessary to grow.

Most of my motivation is drawn from reading posts from others discovering their new length and girth and it gives me that familiar charge of adrenalin that I need some days.

I am coming up on 4 months of training and have taken a week off from extreme stretching as I began clamping a few weeks ago and I felt that the combination was too much this early in my career.

congrats dude. It feels good doesn’t it. Keep pushing through and monitor your penis carefully as you progress.

You guys are keeping an eye on your PI’s (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) and using them to slowly adjust your routines, right?
