Frequency of workout question

I do Monday and Tuesday ON, Wednesday OFF, then Thursday and Friday on, then the whole weekend off. Rinse and repeat.

Do you think this is enough frequency? I just find it hard to fit jelqing into the weekend.

Sounds OK to me.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
