So I’ve been PE’ing for a month now without any results, but I return to the forums to ask a burning question: I know we’re supposed to avoid griping on the dorsal vein while stretching, but what about the frenulum? I read another member named Retainer had “weakened frenulum” surgery and after checking wikipedia for just what the heck the frenulum was I’m kinda freaked out now because that’s the part under the glans that I grip the most while trying to avoid the dorsal vein.
I’m uncut by the way, which makes the grips kinda troublesome. I admit I’ve been using the glans primarily as an easy way to grip and stretch, but I’m worried now that this could be a very very bad idea. I’ve been gripping with a modified c-grip touching pretty much just the left and right sides just beneath the glans. It’s a solid way to grip for being uncut, but is it going to damage something eventually?
Anyway, my primary question: can somebody detail a grip for uncut retracted foreskin that doesn’t damage the frenulum, dorsal vein, or the glans in general? I know memento kindly suggested to me gripping with some cloth to avoid damage, but unfortunately that always ends up slipping for me.
I’m desperate for some gains here, but don’t want to ruin anything!
