Well I am on my computer pretty often, thus I sit down for a majority of the day. Throughout the day I fowfer for about 10 minutes at a time. The only difference is that instead of pulling my penis straight back so it is in between my ass crack, which feels awkward to me, I pull it out to the side so that I am sitting on it with my leg/ass cheek.

I can feel a better stretch in my ligs doing this. I do it for about 5 minutes on each side then wait a few hours and do it again. Is this safe? When I am done there is a little bit of loss of sensation but it quickly returns. It is also sore when I take it out, but the soreness also goes away quickly. Is this a decent way to fowfer?

One more question.. When doing stretches upwards to focus on my tunica I can feel little to no stretch no matter how hard I pull. How do I know if I am stretching my tunica at all?

On the tunica question: I’ve also experienced this and found that I have to be really relaxed for it to work, sometimes I tense a little, that is doing a very light kegle.
